All content on HolisticTrek, including course materials, text, graphics, logos, and AI prompts, is the property of HolisticTrek LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not redistribute, resell, or share course materials without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users\u2019 accounts, interfering with the platform\u2019s operation, using the AI coach for harmful or illegal purposes, or redistributing content without authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HolisticTrek LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
